Come and sit in ceremony and drink chocolate with me!

This is a deeply personal and sacred shamanic journey. I have been initiated as a ceremonialist with a strong lineage that supports me.

Cacao is one of the most magickal transforming plant medicines given to us from Mother Earth. I use organic ceremonial grade cacao straight from Peru in ceremony to transform all that is into love.

Cacao has amazing health benefits too:
– very high in antioxidants
– highest plant-based source of iron
– loaded with magnesium and calcium
– a natural mood elevator and anti-depressant
– lowers blood pressure

On a spiritual level, cacao connects us to our team of spirit helpers, Mother Earth and the elements. As it flows through your body you feel loved and supported. Your mood and energy will be lifted.

This ceremony can be in person or via distance (zoom), and can be 1:1 or in a group. The cost excludes cacao but cacao can be purchased separately if you don’t already have some.

Short but powerful chakra balance.

Got the wobbles? Feeling not quite right? Need a body service? A chakra balance is a powerful reset for your body, mind and soul.

When your chakras are balanced you are able to think and make decisions more clearly, you feel calm and centered, connected and present, you feel happier and more like facing the world. Leave your stress and worries at the door. Our body, mind and soul need maintenance just like our cars – while this is still a powerful healing, it is more like a maintenance service. I will lay beautiful crystals all over your body, remove energy blockages and balance your chakras.

Note though, there is no time for chit chat – straight on the table you go! I can see and feel your energy so there’s no need to tell me all about it. You may even drop off to sleep if your body needs it. You will leaving feeling relaxed and light.

What’s a signature healing – initial consultation?

Usually the first time people come to see me there is a lot of energetic work to do. I clear blockages from your physical body and your auric field. This wipes the ‘slate’ clean so that I can work with my spirit team to help you in the best way. Whether you have physical pain, a current situation, a childhood or other trauma, together we will decide which tools to use to help you heal.

My practices include shamanism, crystals and Reiki and sound healing. I work psychically which means spirit will guide me and help me. Your signature healing might include chakra balancing, clearing blockages, inner child work, soul retrieval, connecting you with a power animal, energy extraction. past life healing, cord cutting and karmic/family release healing. You may also receive messages from spirit.

This healing session usually goes for 2hrs.
